BodyRepair is designed for people working towards rehabilitation, general wellbeing, strength, weight management, running or competitive performance goals. Suitability for individual activities depends on health, capability, experience and professional guidance.
Yes. A person may begin with Injury Repair or General Fitness and later progress towards Running, Muscle Growth, Kettlebell Training, Hyrox or another suitable goal. Relevant health history and restrictions remain connected.
Yes. BodyRepair is designed for changing goals and changing bodies. Previous records can remain available while the active pathway develops around the user’s new objectives.
No. BodyRepair includes pathways for beginners, people returning to activity, people managing rehabilitation, everyday fitness users and experienced competitive athletes.
Standard fitness trackers often focus primarily on activity totals, pace or calories. BodyRepair connects health information, symptoms, recovery, treatment, nutrition, progression and professional collaboration within the same pathway.

No. BodyRepair supports information recording, progression and informed decision-making. It does not diagnose injuries, illnesses or medical conditions and does not replace qualified professional care.
The Health Gate records relevant health, symptom, treatment and participation information before access to structured progression. It helps identify whether the user may proceed, needs modification, requires professional review or should obtain medical clearance.
Depending on the concern, the pathway may recommend modification, reduced activity, pausing progression, professional review or medical clearance. Severe or urgent symptoms should be managed through appropriate urgent or emergency services.
Yes, where appropriate. BodyRepair can help maintain a personal record of treatment, symptoms, restrictions and progress. Instructions from the professional responsible for your care should take priority.
Some pathways may restrict progression where declared health information, symptoms or professional restrictions indicate that review or clearance is required.

The pathway is designed to include route discovery and build-your-own-route tools, including distance, waypoints, terrain and route-preference options.
Available phone sensors may support indicators such as cadence, movement rhythm, pace variation, acceleration, interruptions and route demand. These are movement indicators, not clinically validated gait diagnosis.
No. BodyRepair may record symptoms and identify patterns that support review, but it does not diagnose running injuries or replace professional assessment.
Yes. The Running pathway is designed to support 5K, 10K, half-marathon, marathon and competitive-performance development, subject to suitability and progression.
Smart glasses and intelligent guidance

No. Smart glasses are optional. The phone or primary BodyRepair interface remains responsible for the core account, programme, safety and record functions.
Smart-glasses guidance is particularly relevant to Running, Hyrox, Kettlebell Training, Injury Repair and General Fitness. Selected functions may also support Muscle Growth and activity within Weight Management.
Depending on the pathway and compatible device, concise information may include directions, pace, time, intervals, exercise sequence, repetitions, rest periods, safety prompts and recovery reminders.
Moving users should receive only concise, activity-specific prompts. Complex dashboards, long messages, video, advertising and manual route editing should not be shown during movement.
BodyRepair is designed to support audio-first and reduced-display modes where compatible devices and pathway functions allow.
The phone remains the primary system. A glasses disconnection should not remove the user’s running, safety or session record. The experience should return safely to phone-based guidance.
Continuous or covert recording should not be a default BodyRepair function. Any camera-enabled feature will require clear permissions, visible controls and privacy-focused safeguards.
