1. Definitions
Interpretation
Within these Terms the following meanings apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
BodyRepair
BodyRepair means the complete digital platform including the public website, web application, mobile application, Progressive Web App, future native applications, wearable integrations, professional dashboards, clinical infrastructure, artificial intelligence features and every health pathway released under the BodyRepair brand.
Platform
The Platform refers collectively to every software service, website, database, dashboard, API, connected wearable, future smart-glasses integration, and supporting service operated under BodyRepair.
User
A User is any individual accessing any BodyRepair service, whether registered or unregistered.
Registered User
A Registered User is an individual who has successfully created a BodyRepair account.
Professional
A Professional includes healthcare professionals, physiotherapists, sports therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, nutrition professionals, fitness instructors, occupational therapists, personal trainers, or another appropriately qualified individual who has been authorised to access information through BodyRepair.
Pathway
A Pathway means one of the structured BodyRepair programmes including:
- Injury Repair
- General Fitness
- Muscle Growth
- Weight Management
- Hyrox
- Kettlebell Training
- Running
Health Information
Health Information includes any information entered into BodyRepair relating to injuries, medical history, treatment, medication, exercise participation, movement, nutrition, recovery, sleep, wellbeing, symptoms, pain, body measurements or another health-related characteristic.
2. Eligibility
Who may use BodyRepair
BodyRepair is intended for individuals who meet the eligibility requirements published by BodyRepair from time to time.
Some pathways, services, programmes or connected technologies may only be available to users meeting additional health, age, professional, location or subscription requirements.
BodyRepair reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate access where continued participation would place users, professionals or the platform at unacceptable risk.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information supplied during registration, screening and programme participation is accurate, complete and updated whenever circumstances change.
3. User Accounts
Creating and maintaining an account
To access certain BodyRepair services, users may be required to create a secure account.
Users agree to:

BodyRepair reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts where misuse occurs.
5. Clinical Responsibilities

BodyRepair provides structured digital tools designed to support health, rehabilitation, fitness, performance and wellbeing.
BodyRepair does not diagnose disease, injury, illness or another medical condition.
BodyRepair does not prescribe treatment.
BodyRepair does not replace emergency medical services.
Users remain responsible for making informed decisions about participation and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
If symptoms worsen, become severe, or create concern, users should stop activity immediately and seek appropriate professional assistance.
BodyRepair Health Gates assist decision making, but no digital assessment can identify every clinical risk.
Professional medical advice always takes priority over BodyRepair guidance.
6. Professional Responsibilities
Responsibilities of Professionals
BodyRepair may provide access for appropriately qualified professionals to support users participating within one or more BodyRepair pathways.
Professionals remain solely responsible for the advice, assessment, treatment, exercise prescription, rehabilitation programmes and recommendations they personally provide.
Use of BodyRepair does not create a clinical relationship between BodyRepair and the user.
Professionals agree to:
- Act within their professional competence.
- Maintain appropriate registration where applicable.
- Comply with applicable professional standards.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Review information before making recommendations.
- Record information accurately.
- Respect user privacy permissions.
- Report safeguarding concerns where legally required.
BodyRepair does not verify the continuing registration, insurance, competence or qualifications of every professional using the platform.
7. Running Pathway
BodyRepair Running
The Running pathway has been developed to support individuals from complete beginners through to competitive runners.
The pathway includes structured progression, clinical screening, running programmes, route planning, recovery support and performance monitoring.
Participation in running always carries risk.
Users remain responsible for:
- Selecting safe routes.
- Assessing weather conditions.
- Assessing traffic conditions.
- Monitoring fatigue.
- Maintaining hydration.
- Using suitable footwear.
- Using suitable clothing.
- Following professional advice.
- Stopping activity where symptoms develop.
BodyRepair cannot guarantee that any suggested route, training plan or programme is appropriate for every individual.
Route information may become outdated, contain hazards, or become inaccessible. Users remain responsible for environmental awareness.
8. Smart Glasses Integration
Hands-Free Information
Future versions of BodyRepair may integrate with compatible smart-glasses technology.
Smart glasses are intended to provide concise, hands-free information that supports participation.
Examples include:
- Running pace.
- Distance.
- Time.
- Heart-rate information.
- Navigation prompts.
- Exercise instructions.
- Recovery reminders.
- Safety prompts.
Smart glasses must never be relied upon as the sole source of safety information.
Users remain responsible for maintaining awareness of:
- Road traffic.
- Cyclists.
- Pedestrians.
- Surface conditions.
- Weather.
- Obstacles.
- Construction works.
- Animals.
- Personal safety.
If smart glasses fail, disconnect, become distracting or impair safe participation, users must stop relying upon them immediately.
9. Artificial Intelligence

BodyRepair incorporates artificial intelligence to assist with organisation, summarisation, pattern recognition and programme support.
Artificial intelligence does not replace professional judgement.
Artificial intelligence does not diagnose medical conditions.
Artificial intelligence does not prescribe treatment.
Artificial intelligence may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate information.
Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying upon it.
Professional advice must always take precedence over AI-generated suggestions.
BodyRepair reserves the right to improve, modify, replace or remove AI functionality without notice.
10. Connected Devices
Wearables and External Devices
BodyRepair may integrate with compatible:

BodyRepair cannot guarantee:

Users remain responsible for information entered into BodyRepair.

Users confirm that information uploaded to BodyRepair:
- Belongs to them or they have permission to upload it.

12. Professional Collaboration

Users remain responsible for deciding what information they choose to share.
Removing professional access does not automatically remove copies of information already lawfully downloaded, printed or recorded by that professional.
Professionals are responsible for complying with their own professional, ethical and legal responsibilities regarding information they access through BodyRepair.
13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights within BodyRepair remain the property of BodyRepair or its licensors.
This includes:

- Videos.
- Running programmes.

- Databases.
- Artificial intelligence prompts.
- Brand names.
- Logos.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use BodyRepair for its intended purpose.
No ownership of BodyRepair intellectual property passes to the user.
14. Subscriptions and Payments

Users participate at their own risk.
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
