BodyRepair must publish its minimum account age and any parental-consent requirements before enabling access for children or young people.

Describing a feature as clinically informed does not mean that BodyRepair, or every BodyRepair feature, is a registered or approved medical device.
Before features are marketed as diagnosing, treating, preventing, monitoring or predicting a medical condition, BodyRepair must assess whether applicable medical-device law, registration, clinical evaluation, quality-management and post-market duties apply.
Marketing content, in-app wording, AI outputs and programme claims must remain consistent with the product’s intended purpose and confirmed regulatory classification.
17. Third-party devices and services
BodyRepair may connect with mapping services, wearable devices, smart glasses, health platforms or professional services operated by other organisations.
BodyRepair does not control the accuracy, availability, security or clinical suitability of every third-party product or service. Users should review the relevant manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, privacy information and terms before use.
18. Legal responsibility
The limitation of BodyRepair’s legal responsibility is governed by the applicable Terms and Conditions and relevant law.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
