BodyRepair Running
Launching 6 August 2026
BodyRepair Running is a health-led pathway supporting first movement, general fitness, event preparation and competitive performance through one connected clinical, training and recovery framework.
Health screening, personalised progression, route intelligence, motion indicators, recovery and future smart-glasses guidance in one connected experience.
More than a running tracker
BodyRepair Running does not begin with distance or pace. It begins by understanding the runner, their current health, experience, capability, goals and recovery needs.
Complete a structured Health Gate before accessing personalised running programmes and progression.
Select a pathway matched to current activity, running experience, available time, goals and support needs.
Link running sessions with pain, fatigue, symptoms, recovery and long-term performance trends.
Your connected running journey
BodyRepair Running connects screening, baseline assessment, programme selection, training, route data and recovery within one continuous journey.
Review relevant health, symptoms, treatment and running safety considerations.
Establish current activity, walking, running and recovery capability.
Choose the running journey aligned with your experience and goals.
Follow a structured programme with progression, rest and recovery built in.
Record distance, time, pace, route and available movement indicators.
Capture pain, fatigue, effort, symptoms and recovery confidence.
Continue, repeat, modify or pause based on meaningful information.
Five running pathways
BodyRepair Running supports a broad journey from first movement through to event preparation and competitive development.
For people progressing from low activity towards regular, structured walking and improved movement confidence.
A staged journey from walking and walk-run intervals towards continuous running.
For people using running to support cardiovascular fitness, consistency, energy and wellbeing.
Structured plans for 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon participation.
For experienced runners developing race performance, training structure and competitive progression.
Mandatory Health Gate
The Health Gate reviews relevant information before structured running progression begins.
The purpose is not to diagnose. It is to identify whether the person may proceed, requires modification, needs professional review or should obtain medical clearance.
No material concerns identified for the selected entry pathway.
The runner may proceed with controlled restrictions or reduced intensity.
A suitably qualified professional should review the runner before progression.
Programme access remains restricted until appropriate clearance is recorded.
Route intelligence
BodyRepair Running connects route planning with distance, terrain, elevation, accessibility, safety and individual pathway goals.
Arm-worn phone motion indicators
With the phone secured consistently on the upper arm, BodyRepair Running can combine available device sensors with route and session information to provide useful movement indicators.
Review estimated step rhythm and how it changes across the session.
Observe changes in movement rhythm, interruptions and acceleration patterns.
Understand how pace changes across terrain, distance and stages of fatigue.
Connect movement with elevation, surface and route profile.
An arm-worn phone does not directly measure joint angles, foot strike, pronation, impact force or clinically validated gait asymmetry. BodyRepair presents early sensor outputs as movement indicators unless independently validated.
Live running sessions
The running-session experience is designed to remain simple, accessible and focused on safe participation.
Running Recovery Centre
BodyRepair Running connects each session with the actions that support recovery, adaptation and readiness for the next stage.
Body map and symptom history
After each run, the runner can record pain, stiffness, tightness, swelling, numbness, weakness or unusual sensation and connect it with the session in which it occurred.
BodyRepair Vision
BodyRepair Running is designed for future hands-free smart-glasses guidance, helping runners remain focused on the route while receiving concise session information.
Moving users will not be shown complex dashboards, long messages, video, advertising or manual route editing through smart glasses.
Accessible and sensory-aware running
BodyRepair Running is designed to support different physical, sensory and cognitive access needs without assuming one mode of interaction works for everyone.
Receive route and session instructions without relying on constant screen use.
Show only the essential information needed for the current session.
Choose fixed phrases, transition warnings and preferred alert timing.
Consider quiet routes, accessible surfaces, lower-crowd times and familiar environments.
Professional collaboration
With the runner’s permission, relevant information can support conversations with physiotherapists, running coaches, sports therapists, trainers or clinicians.
BodyRepair does not diagnose injuries, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions or other medical concerns. Severe, unusual or rapidly worsening symptoms should result in stopping activity and seeking appropriate professional, urgent or emergency assistance.
